These Terms of Use describe the terms and conditions of REogic, Inc. ("REogic Realty") and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "REogic", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms apply to your use of:
- Any website owned or operated by REogic, including future websites (collectively, the “Websites”)
- Any REogic mobile or web applications (the “REogic Apps”)
- Any services, features, products, or content offered through the Websites or Apps (collectively, the “Services”)

Terms Applicable to Real Estate Brokerage Services
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you are considering REogic Realty as your real estate agent. You are under no obligation to work with REogic and may discontinue use at any time.
You represent that you have a bona fide interest in buying, selling, or leasing real estate and that all information obtained is for your personal, non-commercial use.
Terms Applicable to All Services
The Services are offered from the United States. You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute content
- Interfere with system security or infrastructure
- Use automated tools to extract data without permission
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have not been previously banned
- Your use complies with all applicable laws
Accounts and Passwords
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. REogic is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
Security
- Accessing unauthorized data
- Testing system vulnerabilities
- Disrupting service availability
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Services are owned by REogic or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Links
REogic is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites. Use them at your own risk.
No Warranty
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of Liability
REogic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months prior to a claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in King County, Washington.
